Shipping Rates

Enjoy FREE standard shipping worldwide on orders of $99 CAD or more.

For orders below $99 CAD, standard shipping rates vary by destination. Standard and Express shipping is available at the rates below.

Rates above are in CAD. Your shipping charge is displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Preorders and restock items follow the shipping timeframe stated when ordering.

We ship primarily with Canada Post, UPS and Purolator, and occasionally DHL. The carrier depends on your destination and selected shipping service.

Every shipment includes tracking, including free and standard shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships and do not include processing time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote destinations, customs clearance, holidays and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Duties & Taxes

Canada: No customs duties apply to Canadian orders. Sales tax is included in the price.

United States: Import duties  and taxes are already included in our prices, so you won’t be charged additional import duties upon delivery.

All other destinations: Import duties are not included in our prices. Your country’s customs authority or the carrier may collect these charges upon arrival. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Policies

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Canada: No customs duties apply. Sales taxes are included in price.

United States: Import duties and taxes are included in our prices. You will not be charged additional import duties or fees upon delivery.

All other destinations: Import duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These may be collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. Sales tax is included in our prices.

For shipments outside Canada, we accurately declare the contents and purchase value. We cannot mark purchases as gifts or undervalue shipments.

If you receive an unexpected import-duty request for a US order, please contact contact@kaimanaswim.com so we can help. You ARE NOT required to pay duties.

Delivery Delays & Missing Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather or carrier disruptions.

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please email contact@kaimanaswim.com with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the shipping carrier and advise you on the next steps.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check your mailbox, delivery location, household members and building concierge, if applicable. If you still cannot locate it, wait 24 hours then contact us so we can assist.

Delivery Attempts & Pickup

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your unit number and any necessary buzzer or access details.

If the carrier cannot access your property or find a safe place to leave your package, they may attempt redelivery or hold it at a pickup location. “No signature required” does not guarantee that a package will be left unattended.

Please monitor your tracking for delivery notices and pickup deadlines. You may need valid photo ID to collect your package.

Refused, Unclaimed & Returned Shipments

If your package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missed pickup deadline or refusal of delivery, please contact us to arrange next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

For orders delivered outside Canada and the United States, refusing a shipment or leaving customs charges unpaid does not cancel the order or automatically qualify it for a refund.

If the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you once it arrives. Any eligible refund or store credit will be assessed under our return policy and applicable consumer law. Where permitted, shipping costs and any return shipping, customs or carrier fees charged to us may be deducted.

If a shipment is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to unpaid customs charges or failure to collect it, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement, subject to applicable consumer law.
