All orders ship from Canada via Canada Post or Purolator. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Shipping Policies

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Kaimana Swim does not collect duties or taxes at checkout.

- Kaimana Swim ships all orders out of Canada through mail courier CANADA POST

- Kaimana Swim aim's to have all our customers orders shipped out 24–48 hours...

- Kaimana Swim is not liable for any duties or customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. In order to comply with Canadian export regulations, all orders placed outside of Canada we are required by law to declare the exact value of all items ordered, amount of items ordered, description of items, and declare each order a "Sale".

- KAIMANA SWIM is not responsible for any delays caused by CANADA POST, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available.

- KAIMANA SWIM is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered or lost in transit. If your package is missing, customers must contact Canada Post directly to file a claim or investigation using the tracking information provided. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

Our shipping partners make delivery attempts during standard business hours. If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local depot for pickup.

Delivery attempts may be unsuccessful if:

  • The address is an apartment or condo without a buzzer or access code

  • There is no secure location available for safe drop

  • The carrier cannot access the property

  • The carrier determines it is unsafe to leave the package unattended

Please note that “no signature required” does not always guarantee a package will be left unattended, as carriers follow their own delivery and safety guidelines.

If a package is held at a depot after multiple attempts, the customer may be required to arrange pickup directly with the carrier using valid photo ID.

We recommend ensuring your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any unit numbers or access instructions, to avoid delivery delays.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier delivery attempts or depot holds.

Customs Duties, Refused Shipments & Returns to Sender

If an international order is held, refused, or returned to sender due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees, the order will be considered abandoned by the customer.

Kaimana Swim is not responsible for covering customs charges, redelivery fees, return shipping costs, or any additional carrier fees incurred as a result of unpaid duties.

If a returned package is successfully received back by us, any applicable refund will be issued minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs, duties, or carrier fees charged to us

If the return shipping or customs fees exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.

Orders that are abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to non-payment of duties are not eligible for a refund.
