Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order.To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

To begin the process, email us at contact@kaimanaswim.com. We’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Please note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not provide return shipping labels.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

• Bikini bottoms — for hygiene reasons
• One-piece swimsuits — for hygiene reasons
• All sale items
