Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kaimana Swim, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help and will do our best to make it right. While we hope you absolutely love your purchase, please review our policy below before ordering.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags and hygiene liners intact

  • In original packaging

To request an exchange or store credit, please email contact@kaimanaswim.com for approval and instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Bikini bottoms

  • One-piece swimsuits

  • All sale items

Additional Information

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.
