Sizing- Please have someone carefully measure your bust, waist, and hips, then see size charts available for Tops, Bottoms, and One Pieces and chose accordingly. If you have any questions or need assistance please email contact@kaimanaswim.com
**Please note: our swimwear fits true to size, so we recommend choosing whatever sizes you regularly wear. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up**
Should I size up or down?- We always recommend sizing up as most of our swimwear is minimal coverage and adjustable.
How long does it take for delivery?- It depends on the shipping option you selected at checkout and the country the package is being shipped to. Shipping estimation times are provided at checkout. These estimations are very accurate but never guaranteed. If you need your swimwear delivered within a certain date, we recommend selecting EXPRESS option. Once the swimwear leaves our warehouse, the delivery time is out of our control and in the hands of the mail courier selected.
Do you ship worldwide?- Yes we ship worldwide!
When will my order be shipped?- We aim to have all our customers orders shipped out 24-48 hours within receiving them. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
How do I returned an item?- If you wish to return an item, please email contact@kaimanaswim.com with your order number, full name and reason for return within 30 days of purchase.
Once we receive your return request, we will respond to confirm your return, along with further return instructions.
**Please note: items must be returned within a month of purchase**
How do I exchange an item?- We will exchange all pieces within a month of purchase, if unworn and tags on. Please email contact@kaimanaswim.com
My package never arrived?- Please email contact@kaimanaswim.com with your order number. Although uncommon, packages lost in the mail happen from time-to-time.
How do I wash my swimwear?- We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water. We advise using less than 1 tsp of gentle detergent. If you'd like to machine wash your swimwear, please place in a bag on gentlest setting on cold water; although machine washing is never recommended. Always lay your swimwear flat to dry and allow swimwear to fully dry before storing. Never iron swimwear or put in dryer. Avoid laying flat to dry in sun to prevent fading of the colour(s).
I received the wrong item?- If you received the wrong item, please email contact@kaimanaswim.com with your order number and an image of the incorrect item(s) so we can organize to have the correct items shipped out to you.
Customs/Duties- Kaimana Swim is not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country. We also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. In order to comply with Canadian Export Regulations, we are required by law to declare the exact value of all items ordered, amount of items ordered, description of items, and declare each order a "Sale" for all orders placed outside of Canada.
My item is faulty? What should I do?- Please email contact@kaimanaswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
When will you be restocking sold out items?- We rarely restock our collections and a lot of our styles are unfortunately limited edition. Please join our email list to be notified if and when items will be restocked!
I just placed an order and accidentally ordered too many, or the wrong size; what should I do?- Please email contact@kaimanaswim.com so we can amend your order.
I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking for my order, what should I do?- Before contacting us please check your junk/spam folder. It helps to search 'Kaimana' or our email contact@kaimanaswim.com in the all inboxes section. If you still can't find anything, please email us and we will help you out.
Where is Kaimana designed and manufactured?- Kaimana is designed on the beautiful west coast of Canada and manufactured internationally. We are unable to reveal our manufacturers for privacy and counterfeiting purposes. We assure all our factories are ethical and fair trade.
